Electrocell is an inline, chemical-free water treatment system engineered for open HVAC cooling tower loops. Using three independently patented technologies — TSS ionization, static mixing, and TDS reduction — it eliminates scale, corrosion, and biological growth without a single chemical additive. 3 Patented Technologies Working Together
Supply water enters the system and passes through each stage sequentially — TSS removal, static mixing, and TDS reduction — before returning clean and scale-free.
TSS — Total Suspended Solids
Low-voltage DC ionizers charge suspended particles in the water supply, causing them to coagulate and drop out of solution before entering the system. Eliminates scale-forming minerals without chemicals.
Static Mixers
Patented static mixing chambers create turbulent laminar flow that continuously breaks up biofilm and prevents microbial growth throughout the open HVAC loop — no biocides required.
TDS — Total Dissolved Solids
High-voltage DC ionizers at the return side precipitate dissolved solids and heavy metals, dramatically reducing blowdown frequency and water consumption while protecting heat-transfer surfaces.
